D/Lai began in 2020 with a simple mission: create exceptional, handcrafted ice cream. Our goal is to deliver joy, one scoop at a time, creating memorable tastes that leave a lasting impression on every customer.

At first, we focused on working with hotels and local stores, quietly sharing our ice cream with people who happened to discover us. Over time, customers returned with kind words and shared how much they enjoyed every scoop. With encouragement from friends, family, and the growing support of those who tried our flavors, we realized our dream could grow even bigger.

In 2025, we took an important step forward by expanding into a physical location at Western Market. This milestone gives us the chance to bring our ice cream directly to the public, meet our customers face to face, and share our flavors with even more people.
